The National Council of Ghanaian Associations (NCOGA) , founded in 1986 is an umbrella organization based in New York City that represents various Ghanaian association in the United States. It focuses on fostering unity among its member organizations, promoting Ghanaian culture, resolving conflicts within the community, and coordinating joint activities such as the celebration of Ghana’s independence.

NCOGA Young Adult and Youth (YAY) is a branch of the National Council of Ghanaian Associations (NCOGA), established in October 2024 to empower young Ghanaians through leadership, cultural pride, and global engagement. Rooted in five core pillars, we create opportunities, foster community, and inspire the next generation to lead with purpose while embracing their heritage.
