INTERNAL AFFAIRS & PUBLIC AFFAIRS
In-house effort & support. Engaging with policymakers to advocate for issues
affecting the Ghanaian youth and educating members about their civic duties and rights.
Pillar Objective
The Internal Affairs Pillar ensures smooth organizational operations by managing internal
communications, maintaining meeting records, and preparing necessary documentation to
support leadership and pillar activities.
Streamline the internal communication and documentation processes to enhance collaboration among pillar leaders and ensure the council’s operations are transparent and effective.
- Maintain and update meeting minutes and agendas in a centralized Google Drive.
- Develop standardized templates for meeting presentations and action plans.
- Facilitate timely internal announcements and logistics planning for major events, such
as the Ghana Independence Gala.
- Collaborate with other pillars to provide foundational support for initiatives and ensure
seamless integration.
Collect and donate essential items such as non-perishable food, clean water, hygiene products, clothing, blankets, and medical supplies. Coordinate with local charities for proper distribution.
